Preliminary meeting
We listen to the subject of the file, its stage and the time limits. A conflict-of-interest check is carried out. The meeting is held by appointment and on a confidential basis.
Seventeen areas
Representation and advice across seventeen areas, from criminal law to tax law, from transport to mining, from family law to individual applications to the Constitutional Court. To the same standard, regardless of the size of the file.

A dispute rarely stays within a single area. A workplace accident concerns employment law, criminal law, insurance and compensation law all at once; a company transfer is a matter of both commercial and tax law.
For that reason we treat practice areas not as separate compartments but as different faces of the same file. One of the first questions asked at the preliminary meeting is which areas the file touches.
There is a separate page for each area below. On those pages you will find the types of work we handle, the authorities the file goes before, the process followed and the questions most frequently asked in that area.
Practice Areas
We have prepared a separate page for each area: the types of work we handle, the authorities the file goes before, the time limits running and frequently asked questions are set out there in detail.
Process
Every file goes through the same four steps. A stage that is rushed increases the cost of the one that follows.
We listen to the subject of the file, its stage and the time limits. A conflict-of-interest check is carried out. The meeting is held by appointment and on a confidential basis.
Existing documents, service dates and the case file, if any, are examined. We establish which time limits are running and which rights can still be exercised.
Options are set out in writing together with their likely outcomes and costs. The engagement and the fee are agreed in a written contract before work begins.
Information is provided at every stage as the matter proceeds. Hearings, service and time limits are notified in advance; no surprises are left.
Q & A
That is the rule rather than the exception. At the preliminary meeting we identify every area the file touches and conduct the process under a single roadmap; you do not need to approach a separate office for each area.
Yes. A monthly advisory arrangement is established for corporate clients; contract review, preparation of board resolutions and periodic risk assessment are carried out within that arrangement.
Yes. Files are handled throughout Türkiye through a partner network across 68 provinces and the SEGBIS system.
Of course. Determining which area the file falls into is our job. It is enough to come to the meeting with the documents you hold.
Tell us the area and the stage of your file through the four-step form; we will get back to you for a preliminary meeting.
