Appointment

What should you prepare before the meeting?

To make the meeting productive it is enough to bring the documents you hold: the case file if there is one, the service envelope and the date of service, contracts, correspondence and payment records. Service dates are the most critical document, as they show which time limits are running.

Meetings are held by appointment and may take place at our office or online (by video). The content of the meeting is confidential even if no engagement is entered into.

Q & A

Frequently asked questions about contacting us

Meetings are held by appointment. If you come without one, a meeting on that day cannot be guaranteed; we may be out of the office due to hearings or site inspections.

The general framework can be discussed by telephone; however, no advice on direction is given before the documents have been seen. If a time limit is running, this is stated on the call and the meeting is brought forward.

Yes. The front of the service envelope, the statement of claim and any contracts may be sent to bilgi@utuhukuk.com. Documents sent are handled on a confidential basis.

Yes. Video meetings are held for clients outside Ankara; the power of attorney can be drawn up before a notary and sent to us.

It is enough to attend any notary with your identity document. In divorce cases the notary must also issue a power of attorney bearing a photograph; our office will provide the necessary details.

If a deadline is running, do not wait.

If you have received a formal notice, or in an urgent situation such as police custody or detention, you can reach us on the direct line. Deadlines can render even the strongest claim unusable.
